Kelly Newsome
Experience: Kelly Newsome joined The Healthcare Initiative with a background in Healthcare, Information Technology and Corporate Sales Management recruiting where she achieved top performer status in her local office as well as "Rookie of the Year" nationwide. Kelly graduated with honors from California State University, Fresno. She has a BA in Mass Communication and Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in Dance. With experience in business development, account management, and recruiting, she currently serves as the Lead Executive Recruiter for THI, supporting the team's recruitment needs across the U.S. Kelly has spent her career cultivating strong relationships with candidates and clients to provide them with the highest standard of service. In the exciting (and at times tumultuous) world of Recruiting, Kelly has found the importance of creating and maintaining a healthy balance of working with urgency and living with tranquility. In order to achieve this, she teaches Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates, helping her to find and hold on to her Zen. A nomad of sorts, she's lived in Ohio, Missouri, Florida, California, and couldn't be happier calling the great state of Colorado her home.
